Troubleshooting notes:
3/11/10 This is a bigger problem involving the "Gold" links on many bib records. Checked other journals with fulltext in "Gold" and found some gave the error message and some not. There also is some difference in results on Internet Explorer 7 vs. 8. In my office (Explorer 8) , I'm able to get access all the time, but on the public computers (Explorer 7) I mostly do not get fulltext access, nor does SW at her work computer. At home (Explorer 8), SW does not get access. Other Gale links work. May have to do with BCR databases vs. Alliance databases?? GB, need your help on this one. ej
