4/2/09 user got the message that she had exceeded the concurrent users limit for this database when trying to access an article. Today I was able to get ft of the article. I emailed our Wilson rep to find out how many smu's Auraria Library has purchased. ej

Problem: Several reports to reference in morning of 9/23/08 of 502 errors when trying to access WilsonWeb databases, eg Art Full Text and Biographies Plus International.

Troubleshooting notes: 9/23/08 Tested this from on and off campus and could not replicate the problem. A 502 error is usually related to the database end not ours. There may have been some intermittant outage or too busy periods. Try asking the patron if the link comes from a blackboard or ecollege course. If it does the link may be incorrect. Suggest they go in through the adi and research for the article.

Problem: WAT reported to DP. The coverage dates for this title is incorrect. Bib record indicate fulltext access from 2004-present. However from the database Art Full Text, fulltext is really only available from 2005-present. http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2088550

7/2/08 Wilsonweb started providing fulltext to this journal in the middle of 2004. V. 30 (1) is not fulltext, but v. 30(2) is fulltext. So the holdings statement (Sept. 01, 2004-) is technically correct. ej
7/1/08 Checked Ser Sol and using default coverage dates. Problem with db or Ser Sol??? DP
