Problem: Several reports to reference in morning of 9/23/08 of 502 errors when trying to access WilsonWeb databases, eg Art Full Text and Biographies Plus International.

Troubleshooting notes: 9/23/08 Tested this from on and off campus and could not replicate the problem. A 502 error is usually related to the database end not ours. There may have been some intermittant outage or too busy periods. Try asking the patron if the link comes from a blackboard or ecollege course. If it does the link may be incorrect. Suggest they go in through the adi and research for the article.
