Problem: wrong date holdings for Ingenta.com, for this journal, bib record http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2051778

Assigned to: EJ
Priority: medium
Status: in progress

Troubleshooting notes:
1/13/09 Auraria has only one year of access to this title on the Ingenta.com platform (not 1948-present), so in Serials Solutions, I changed the date holdings to 2005 only, and removed the EJS link because there is no content on the EJS platform. We have stable access in BioOne from 2000-present. Holdings will show up correctly after Feb coverage load (mid Feb). EJ

Problem:
KH reports no fulltext access to this title: http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2059537

Assigned to: ej, dz
Priority: medium
Status: in progress

Troubleshooting notes:
1/7/09 this has username/password access only, no ip authentication. The publication allows ft access only to the most current issue (per Ebsconet & actuality). Untracked EJS link from SerSol, leaving the Password Protected Resources link only. Changed date holdings to indicate "current issue only." EJ

Problem: JB reported that the online record for Journal of Academic Librarianship is not displaying when the title is searched by "Periodical Title." It only displays when searched by "Title." http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2051214

Assigned to: VG
Priority: High
Status: in progress

Troubleshooting notes:
1/5/09 The 229 field has a "the" and a 0 indicator.
130 0 Journal of academic librarianship (Online)
229 0 The Journal of academic librarianship
This is causing the periodical title to be searched with a "the."
VG will 1) will investigate Ser Sol's rules of 229 and identify best solution for this problem.
2) run a list in III to see if there are more instances of this problem.
3) if identify more problems, fix locally.
4) contact Ser Sol to make changes permanent.
5) Make sure problems fixed in next coverage load.
