Studies in travel writing

Problem: The 360 Link doesn't provide direct article access to articles in this journal via the CSA MLA Bibliography.

Priority: medium
Status: resolved

Troubleshooting notes:
8/27/09 InformaWorld has only 2009 content on their platform for this journal, and consequently our holdings for this journal are 01/01/2009-present. That is why the 360 Link showed "Sorry, no holdings were found for this journal". Your article was a 2008 article, and so was outside of our holdings.
Here's a link to the InformaWorld (Taylor & Francis) page for this title: http://www.informaworld.com/openurl?genre=journal&issn=1364-5145

T&F just took over this journal in 2009, and prior to that there is no online access in any database which we have. Hopefully T&F will continue to add earlier content, but in the meantime, you'll probably want to keep our print issues. Here's the note in the print bib record b2038595x: EBSCO COPY CANCELLED WITH 2010, ORDERING DIRECT THROUGH TAYLOR AND FRANCIS/CLERT. (8/4/09, HB).

8/27/09There's no good reason why 360 Link should not provide an article-level link, as this title is tracked as an InformaWorld journal in Serials Solutions. These InformaWorld journals typically work quite well with the 360 Link. I will contact Serials Solutions about this one if I can't discover the problem easily. EJ

College English

Problem:
1) vol. 69(6), July 2007 of College English is not indexed in MLA, and
2) indexing of College English seems to have stopped with 2006 in LLBA.
Assigned to: ej
Priority: high
Status: in progress

Troubleshooting notes:
2/12/09 No response from CSA, so emailed them to check on the progress. EJ
1/7/09 CSA's response: "Regarding the missing issue in MLA International Bibliography, I have passed on the issue to the Content Management Group and will get back to you as soon as I hear from them.
Regarding CSA LLBA, I was informed by the Content Analyst that they only cover articles from that journal that are about Linguistics and not all the articles." EJ
1/5/08 Contacted CSA support by email. (EJ)
