Cambridge Journals Online

Problem:
1. The Cambridge Journals Online database is connected to the wrong .e record in the ERM (Cambridge Collections Online), because the custom database name in SerSol is Cambridge Collections Online. http://skyline.cudenver.edu:2082/record=e1000009
2. A linking form needs to be sent for Cambridge Journals Online.

Assigned to: dp, ej
Priority: high
Status: in progress

Troubleshooting notes:
8/5/08
1. We do need two .e records for our two Cambridge products: Cambridge Journals Online and Cambridge Collections Online. DP can you take a look?
2. There is an issue with 360 search in Serials Solutions. Need to tweak.
3. EJ will initiate a linking form for Cambridge Journals Online. This ft journal database is already activated in SerSol for the journals to which we have access. This is an Alliance deal. EJ

Academic Search Premier

Problem: EB reported that there was no link to ASP for the journal Method and Theory in the Study of Religion. Affecting all the ASP journals links in regard to the .b journal records. No .e record, no ERM checkin records. I checked a few other titles from ASP, and they don't have links from the journal .b records either. Here are a couple more examples of journals that should have a link to ASP, but do not:
About Campus http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2041903
Babel http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2041903
Jewish Social Studies http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2051161

Assigned to: DP 4/2/08

Resolution: Resolved 4/2/08
4/2/08 DP Fixing another problem in ERM (removing license record from training) accidentally deleted .e for Academic Search Premier. DP created new ASP .e record. Checkin records for ASP were still attached to journal titles. Able to create list of .c records and attach as related holdings to .e record. Re-creates .e holdings statements in .b record for ejournal titles.

Annual Reviews

Problem: 5/13/08 There seems to be several Resource Names using the same Resource ID "Annual Review." And they Resource URL is pointing to a bib record. http://132.194.32.30/record=b2042965
Annual Review of Clinical Psychology http://skyline.cudenver.edu:2082/record=e1000381
Annual Review of Psychology http://skyline.cudenver.edu:2082/record=e1000266
The Resource ID should be "Annual Reviews Complete A-Z List" (tracked in Serials Solutions)

Problem: 3/13/08 We just noticed that our holdings for Annual Reviews titles in Serials Solutions suddenly say we start with 2004 instead of 1996. It appears that they have done it again - changed the data in a collection that we subscribed to without telling us! I notice that Boulder and Health Sciences say 1996 but Auraria says 2004. When we go into Serials Solutions, there's a collection called Annual Review -NESLi2 with titles that start in 1996.

Assigned To: DP 5/13/08

Resolution: EJ 3/14/08. Activated the package in Serials Solution that started with 1996. Need to verify change in April Coverage Load.
