Problem: Two separate problems for title http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2048883
1) EBSCO EJS link apears twice (but access to full-text is ok)
2) ASTM Journal - no access to full-text (404 file not found error)

1/8/09 I updated the ASTM link to the url below. There's no logical reason for the EJS double link. Will check next coverage load to see if it resolveds itself. EJ
1/8/09 May want to remove ASTM resource since EBSCO EJ is ok. OR will need to update the ASTM link to be http://0-enterprise.astm.org.skyline.cudenver.edu/SUBSCRIPTION/DIGITAL_LIBRARY/JOURNALS/GEOTECH/gtj_toclist.html (dp)
