Item records not displaying in WCL

Problem: These two records have item information attached to the Skyline record that is not showing in the WCL record. Both of these records have a checkin record in Skyline.

Troubleshooting notes:
2/16/2010 - Problem was related to a setting for serials in WCL. WCL inserted the information needed to return item level information for serials in addition to summary detail. The current set-up displays both item and summary information when found. If the record doesn't display both item and summary information, WCL displays what it finds (item or summary).

ERIC documents listed as owned by AL but no location information

Problem: A search on 'Children and media violence research' in WCL shows AL as owning the document. This ERIC document is available through the ERIC link on this WCL record http://aurarialibrary.worldcat.org/oclc/425207896.

Troubleshooting notes:
9/25/9 - The reason it does not display holdings is that this document is not listed separately in Skyline. That would mean we'd want to look at the possibility of treating the ERIC documents as a database. Or getting records for the cataloged ERIC documents. Or check up on eserials aspects.
