Item records not displaying in WCL

Problem: These two records have item information attached to the Skyline record that is not showing in the WCL record. Both of these records have a checkin record in Skyline.

Troubleshooting notes:
2/16/2010 - Problem was related to a setting for serials in WCL. WCL inserted the information needed to return item level information for serials in addition to summary detail. The current set-up displays both item and summary information when found. If the record doesn't display both item and summary information, WCL displays what it finds (item or summary).
