Problem: EB reports no Project Muse fulltext access to this journal even though it is available on the Project Muse platform.

Troubleshooting notes:
4/30/10 Yes, upgragding to Premeir level was discussed at renewal. Based on Acquisition's research, Auraria currently subscribed to 11 out of the 120 additional titles in the expanded collection. Therefore only $887.00 in potential subscription savings could be achieved by upgrading. The cost upgrading was a $7,000 increase to previous renewal price. Therefore, acqusitions recommend and the bibliographer (EM) agreed that we would continue to subscribe to the standard collection. DP
4/30/10 This title is not a part of our Project Muse Standard collection. It is included in the Premium collection. Other librarians have reported this same problem with other Project Muse journals.
DP: could you check to see what a Premium collection would cost--maybe it would be worth it. Bib record for PM is b18518126. Thanks ej

Problem: HB switched this to online only starting with 2009. We do have access through Project Muse for 2009 as a single title, but this is not part of our Standard Collection & should not have been switched.
Access through EJS for 2009 is not working because this is a pass through title. It is a very delayed publication. Our 2010 issue will appear on our 2011 renewal.

3/29/10 This title was cancelled in error. We have Project Muse standard collection. DZ, could you check with em about reinstating this subscription? dp
3/25/10 This title was cancelled via Ebsco for 2010. (.b12782312). It looks like we thought it would be a part of our Project Muse collection, but I don't think it is. We have Project Muse-Standard collection tracked in SerSol, and this title is not part of the standard collection. Is the standard collection what we have? And if we don't have access to this title through Project Muse, perhaps em would like us to reinstate our Ebsco subscription. ej

Problem: JB reported that article links to Project Muse articles are not working. On further inspection, found that the proxy-wrapped links were not working for Project Muse on the article-level, journal or database level. Links to Project Muse without the proxy work fine.Examples:
1. Database: http://0-muse.jhu.edu.skyline.cudenver.edu/
2. Journal: http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2052822~S0
3. article-level via 360: http://tb4cz3en3e.search.serialssolutions.com/?genre=article&issn=11989742&title=Journal+of+Scholarly+Publishing&volume=41&issue=2&date=20100101&atitle=Sticker+Shock+and+Looming+Tsunami.&spage=191&pages=191-215&sid=EBSCO:Library%2c+Information+Science+%26+Technology+Abstracts&aulast=Baveye%2c+Philippe+C.

1/7/10 - All the canned links go through the US server which apparently was having problems this morning. The Australian server worked fine with the proxy, http://0-muse.uq.edu.au.skyline.cudenver.edu/.
