Problem: JB reported that article links to Project Muse articles are not working. On further inspection, found that the proxy-wrapped links were not working for Project Muse on the article-level, journal or database level. Links to Project Muse without the proxy work fine.Examples:

1/7/10 - All the canned links go through the US server which apparently was having problems this morning. The Australian server worked fine with the proxy, http://0-muse.uq.edu.au.skyline.cudenver.edu/.

1/7/10 - Checked about 11 and the US site was out but the Australian mirror site was working. Rechecked about noon and both sites are back.
