Isis
Problem: Faculty member reported that there was no access to Isis from the EJS page, even though our .b record indicated we had 2002-2007. http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2051029.
Assigned to: EJ, DP
Priority: medium
Status: in progress
Troubleshooting notes:
7/13/08
1. emailed user a work-around--on the EJS page click on "Available on Publisher's Site: 2002 - 2008". EJ
2. The additional issue here is that we get this through our University of Chicago journal package, but there is no Chicago link on the bib record. The Chicago journals were tracked in SerSol on 3/5/08, and still indicate they are tracked in EJS. Other Chicago titles also with no bib record links are: Elementary school journal http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2047597 Classical philology http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2045226 EJ
DP--could this be something with the coverage load/deletion file?

Problem: 3/27/08 EM reported to DZ that no .b record for the title International philosophical quarterly (online) via the database POIESIS (http://skyline.cudenver.edu:2082/record=e1000077). DZ verified db was subscribed to in Serials Solutions. Contacted Serials Solutions who said "After researching your MARC backfiles, I think the database POIESIS: Philosophy Online Serials was added between the August and September 2007 MARC updates. We delivered a new record to you in September for the title: International Philosophical Quarterly (ssj0005683). Either this title was not loaded then, or it was accidentally deleted from your catalog."
Assigned to: JB 4/2/08
Resolution: Resolved 4/2/08
4/2/08 DP verified access to full-text of title.
4/2/08 JB created .b record.
4/2/08 DZ emailed JB - forwarding email from Serials Solutions and two copies of this record as it was sent to you then. One copy is in text format for review, the other copy is in marc format for loading. Need to create .b record for title online.
