Problem: EB reports no Project Muse fulltext access to this journal even though it is available on the Project Muse platform.

Troubleshooting notes:
4/30/10 Yes, upgragding to Premeir level was discussed at renewal. Based on Acquisition's research, Auraria currently subscribed to 11 out of the 120 additional titles in the expanded collection. Therefore only $887.00 in potential subscription savings could be achieved by upgrading. The cost upgrading was a $7,000 increase to previous renewal price. Therefore, acqusitions recommend and the bibliographer (EM) agreed that we would continue to subscribe to the standard collection. DP
4/30/10 This title is not a part of our Project Muse Standard collection. It is included in the Premium collection. Other librarians have reported this same problem with other Project Muse journals.
DP: could you check to see what a Premium collection would cost--maybe it would be worth it. Bib record for PM is b18518126. Thanks ej

At the time of renewal, upgrading was cost prohibitive. See Troubleshooting notes. DP
