Troubleshooting notes:
1/25/10 DZ contacted Ebsco and access is restored. ej
1/22/10 from NL at Ebsco: "we are currently working on getting an invoice from the publisher and have your access reinstated ASAP. I will let you know as soon as more details become available. " ej
1/20/10 NL says our subscription ran from Dec 2008-Nov 2009, so it is expired at the moment. She needs to get a price quote from AAAS. Something doesn't feel right. She sent out an email to AAAS cc'ing DZ and me. ej
1/20/10 called NL at Ebsco and she is looking into it. Any ideas DZ? ej

DZ sent our EBSCO customer rep the following email:
ReplyDeleteWhy do we need a price quote for this? We’ve never had to get quotes in years past. I have always just received invoices before the subscription period ends so it can be ongoing without any interruption. This is a very popular and heavily used resource and we have received some complaints that our access is unavailable.
Is it possible to reactivate our access asap and send us an invoice? We definitely want to renew this.
Hi--Access has been restored. Thanks DZ for all your help. EJ
