Problem:
LT found an article in Google Scholar, and after clicking on the 360 Link, and clicking on "get article", she received an error message. She was using Firefox. Fulltext of the same article was retrieved via IE/Google Scholar/360 Link.

9/22/09 emailed SerSol to get there take on this. It's very odd, because both IE and Firefox received the same URL to the article from 360 Link:
http://tb4cz3en3e.scholar.serialssolutions.com/log?L=TB4CZ3EN3E&D=RIE&J=IEEEMUL&U=http%3A%2F%2F0-dx.doi.org.skyline.cudenver.edu%2F10.1109%2F93.388209,
but IE was able to "resolve" the request, and Firefox wasn't. I got this error message with Firefox: http://0-ieeexplore.ieee.org.skyline.cudenver.edu/Xplore/errorpage.jsp?url=http%3A%2F%2Fieeexplore.ieee.org%2Flpdocs%2Fepic03%2Fwrapper.htm%3Farnumber%3D388209%3Ftag%3D1
