Problem: The problem was first reported on Sunday afternoon for two ebook titles: The Prince of Beverly Hills by Stewart Woods and Missing Persons by Stephen White. When the patron tried to view the page, she received a message “File is damaged and could not be repaired.” This morning we were able to recreate the problem with Missing Persons and take screenshot of the error message (see below). However, since then the problem cannot be recreated, and seems to be resolved.
