  1. Per DZ's phone conversation with Issamu the morning of 4/27/09:

We are unable to get full text access to our ASCE Research Library package that we purchased through EBSCO for account 787xxxxxxxx. We are being asked for a username and password. Our payment for $11,216.92 was made in January 2009. Issamu confirmed receipt of our payment. Please reactivate our online access as soon as possible. Our package includes 31 journals. Here are our IP addresses:

    "Hi AIP,

Could you please set up online access for the following customer: 9xxxxx Auraria Library for the University of Colorado @ Denver. Please repopulate this new account for the ALL online subscription with the information, IPAs etc. from this account: 078xxxxxxxxx.

If you require a new License Agreement, they will fill one out and submit it to us for your use (instructions below)"
