Problem: Problem reported via Bugzilla (http://bugzilla.auraria.edu/show_bug.cgi?id=450). Philosophy Online is not accessible from off campus at it's new IP, http://0-www.philosophyonline.org.skyline.cudenver.edu/
The proxy works for students to login but the database appears not to be recognizing that the student is coming through the proxy URL.

3/30/09 Not working anymore. URL goes to a certificate page. Very strange. DP
2/18/09 Works just fine now that PT added cas.pdcnet.org to the WAM table for Philosophy Online. gb
2/18/09 A note has been placed in the adi and one should be added to the skyline record. gb
2/18/09 Need to contact the vendor.
