2/23/09 Bib record unsuppressed. DP
2/23/09 Database IP ranges were reset by vendor and access is restored. VG please unsuppress record, note in adi will be removed. GB
2/23/09 Suppressed bib record (b18295654) while database not working. DP
2/23/09 Still no access on campus to the college catalogs. GB
2/17/09 Access only available on campus by contract. Do not add the proxy wrapper please. However the IP address list needs to be resent to the vendor for our campus. GB
2/16/09 Testing from home and cannot tell if db is working or not. CLERT libraries are reporting access issues. Please test to see if db is accessible from on-campus. If it is working, then update 856 URL with proxy wrapper and then add to WAM table. DP

Tested on campus. DB is asking for username/password. Will contact CLERT. DP
ReplyDeleteThe contract restricts access to computers on campus. See the adi entry. VG would you add a note to the Skyline record.
ReplyDeleteHowever it looks as is the ip access is not working. That should be reconfirmed with the vendor.
GB and VG, Can you come up with a standard language for the bib record that indicates that this is on campus only? DP
