Problem: For a while now apparently we have been having problems with patrons not being able to register for EndNote Web or with their being able to register but not being able to log in. Not very useful.

Troubleshooting notes: 2008/07/16 When contacted Thomson tech support reported that this was a known problem and they are working on it. I will be informed when it's fixed and whether people will need to re-register or not. gb
