Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy

Problem: 5/1/08 The skyline record for this journal (http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2052841) says we have back to 1973 online from the publisher Taylor & Francis and through EJS but when you go to those issues there is no access. Particular example is from 1993, v19 iss3 pp 225-251 (http://0-www.informaworld.com.skyline.cudenver.edu/openurl?genre=article&issn=0092-623X&volume=19&issue=3&spage=225)

Assigned to: EJ
Priority: medium
Status: in-progress

Summary of solution: (partial) 5/2/08 EJ-- full text of the journals in the Informa (T&F) database start in 1997, in general, for Auraria Library. That applies to this journal--1997-present is our coverage. In SerSol I input a 1997 start date on the database level. This date will apply to each individual journal, unless the journal started after 1997, and then it will have that starting date, ie. 2002-. Won't show up in Skyline until the May load.

Troubleshooting notes:
627/08 Verified fulltext access for EBSCO EJS (1999-) and T& F (1997-). fixed with June load. DP
6/2/08 EJ changed EJS dates in Serials Solutions to 1999-present. This will be changed in the June coverage load.
To DP--can we try for the T&F special SerSol coverage load sometime this week, to remove the duplicate T&F metapress checkin records ?
5/5/08 - Yes, it is possible to do a partial coverage load. Let's try in pm on 5/6. DP
5/2/08 DP-- is it possible to do a special SerSol coverage load on just one publisher package like this one, since we've had at least four complaints from users/reference librns on date holdings for titles in the T&F package? There is also still the problem with the two T&F links showing on each journal. I would like to zap the Metapress related holdings, but I'll wait till you come back so we can do it together. EJ
5/1/08 The patron, a social work student, reports this happens regularly in the last year(?) and is very frustrated.
