Problem: 5/27/08 In the .e record for "Single Journal" the link to the online resource is broken. (http://skyline.cudenver.edu:2082/record=e1000808). There is also another bib record with the psswd protected info (not a SerSol record) http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2127976 however there is still no access to the content except for the current issue.

7/29/08 Requested VG to delete bib for http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2127976. Verified access with password page info. Dp
7/21/08 Verified title is available from "Password protected resources" in July SSJ report.
7/1/08 In Ser Sol, I untracked this title from "Single Journal" and tracked it under "Password protected resources". EJ
6/30/08 We need to stop tracking this as a single journal, b2130013, and start tracking it as a passworded journal going to the link in b2127976. GB
6/30/08 The pwd is working. See it at b2127976. GB
6/30/08 Access is only to current issue, unless you are logged in. Going in through the single journal link does not show you the password. GB

5/21/08 DZ will resolve the password issue with the provider determining the correct way to access the journal (i.e. password or order number), then convey it to GB for insertion in the pswd page for this journal. Then this skyline record, http://skyline.cudenver.edu:2082/record=e1000808, needs to be removed from the approriate places in the erm and skyline as it is not accessable through that link. GB
5/21/08 GB sent query to provider IFT. Their response:

We are sorry to hear that you were experiencing some problems accessing Food Technology articles online.
Please provide us with your subscriber number or order number so that we can locate your order in our system.
If you are not able to access FT with your user id and password you will need to use your order number.
We do not offer IP authentication for Food Technology it has to be accessed as a Single user.

5/20/08 GB reported that even though this is now in the WAM, there is still no access to fulltext of articles in the archives. Also, gaining access still seems to requires a username and password, and when one uses the un & pw that is listed in Millennium, one still can't get the fulltext. The current issue is fulltext online.
5/2/08 EJ did linking form to get http://0-members.ift.org.skyline.cudenver.edu/IFT/Pubs/FoodTechnology/Archives/ in WAM table.
