4/5/10 this note is in the order record "per TL (Alliance), when the CU-Libraries purchased the Legacy archive in 2007, the ongoing yearly legacy maintenance fee was waived by AD, former ACS rep. (8/27/09 ej)" Maybe ACS didn't get the memo, and turned us off?? ej
