Problem: The button for the link resolver is not displaying in WCL for journal articles. Only the scraped links for the journal level item shows.

Troubleshooting notes:
2010/03/19 - When we checked the 'example' article this was fixed - for this instance. Will check some more.
2010/03/17 - WCL reported this was a bug and was working to fix it.
2010/03/15 - Contacted WCL and worked through the problem using the example of an article from Policy Studies.

When the example link was check on 3/19/2010 it is working correctly.
