Troubleshooting notes:
11/30/09 - This started because of a similar problem in WCL which was resolved by changing a setting to have all 856 links open in a new window instead of in a framed environment.
11/30/09 - This problem is intermittant and does not seem to be helped by opening the link in a new window. It could be a browser problem but what are the settings?
11/30/09 - NM suggested it might be in the asp programming given the error shown in Firefox (but RB did not see the error using Firefox). Reported the problem to the website manager at CO State Library.
