10/28/09 - It is working fine from several other off campus computers so will work with the one person with access problems. Thanks for all the testing.
10/26/9 - It works fine from off campus using the pw page at http://0-library.auraria.edu.skyline.cudenver.edu/protected/logpwd/jouofche.html. Suggest we change it to this in skyline and the linker.
10/23/9 - It used to be on the pwd pages list. And may be having problems with the ip addresses again. I will confirm with the user how they are accessing it and will test the old access info at the old pw page.

Sorry, when we talked this morning I thought this was part of the American Chemical Society packagae and a CLERT deal. It is NOT. We are subscribing to Journal of Chemical Education via EBSCO. Please let me know if you want me to contact EBSCO. We are paying for IP Authentication. Thanks, Denise
