Ebsco server problem

Problem: Several Ebsco databases were running very slowly this morning and seem to have stopped. TopicSearch and ASP specifically.

Troubleshooting notes:
9/30/9 - Databases appear to have returned to normal.

9/29/9 - Ebsco reports multiple server problems. They will contact us when the problems are resolved.

9/29/9 - RB restarted the III server. A retry showed the error that seems to indicate Ebsco is having problems:
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.The proxy server could not handle the request GET /start.
Reason: Error reading from remote server

Also received the error from an Ebsco page:
A System Problem has Occurred To begin a new session, please login again.
