Problem: When retrieving articles in WCL via ArticleFirst and British Library Serials, some articles do not have direct article-level access especially for content in the Gale and Ebsco databases. They should be resolved on the article-level as they are resolved in other databases on the article-level.

8/14/09 SerSol responded back to ej's inquiry that either WCL or ArticleFirst was not passing on the volume, issue, and sometimes page info for the article in the openURL. Gale and Ebsco require this info in order to resolve the request on the article-level. GB sent an email to our rep at WCL to see if they could address the problem on their end.
