Problem: UCD faculty member reports that he can access Lecture
Notes in Mathematics (Springer) from off-campus via the Library Proxy server, but not when he goes through the UCD VPN.

8/31/09 Ran this by GB and she said we should check with Springer to make sure our entire IP address ranges are in place. Emailed DM at Springer and he asked a colleague to check. ej
