Problem:
WAT reports:"We’re having a problem with the position of the 360 Link to Full text, next to the “full-text article link.” It’s positioned too close to the HTML Full Text or PDF Full Text or Linked Full Text and students don’t understand what it is they are linking on. So they pick the wrong link. "

Troubleshooting notes:
8/27/09 after soliciting input from reference staff, I removed the Auraria Library Catalog and ILL links, and changed the setting in the admin module so the 360 Link only appears if there is no fulltext within the EbscoHost databases. Now there will either be the Ebsco internal fulltext links or the "360 Link to full text" on each citation. ej
8/24/09 ej will check with Ebsco to see if the 360 Link can be positioned differently, or whether it can be set up so it displays only when there is no ft within Ebscohost. ej
