Problem:
A host of issues surrounding the statistics journals published by the Institute of Mathematical Statistics which are hosted on Project Euclid.... These IMS journals are in the Euclid Direct category, which means ...Project Euclid provides electronic access to the IMS journals, but IMS controls their own electronic subscriptions under various terms. In our case, we order them individually via Ebsco EJS, and access them on the Project Euclid platform. We also have a subscription to Euclid Prime via the Alliance, which is a different group of journals that we get ft access to on the Project Euclid platform (o2523073)
