Problem:
The "pass-through" link to BMJ from the EJS interface page doesn't retain the proxy. http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2044134, so off-campus access isn't available. Is problem with publisher or WAM table problem?

Troubleshooting notes:
12/22/08 after consulting with gb and dp, we determined that the publisher changed it's address slightly, and in the WAM table, we need to replace the existing BMJ WAM entry #95 (*.bmjjournals.com/) with this new address (*.bmj.com). ej
