Access Newspaper Archive

Problem: sometimes no full text content comes up when one clicks on a particular issue of a newspaper. Very random.

Troubleshooting notes:
2/12/09 checked random issues of Richwood Gazette, and got pdfs. Seems ok now. ej
11/26/08 EJ asked ANA to notify us when problem is resolved.
11/26/08 EJ received response from ANA: "Thank you for your email and I apologize for the trouble and delay in response. Unfortunately, the server box that contains this information is currently down and we are in the process of getting the content restored. We appreciate your understanding and patience."
11/20/08 EJ contacted support at Access Newspaper about the problem.
