8/18/08 Asked Serials Solutions to make the change to the SSJ record.
8/15/08 Asked VG to make changes to bib records to allow this change. Changed field 229 to "229 0 TLS, the Times literary supplement (Online)". Actually title in field 229 should be the same as title in field 130.
