Problem: 7/2/08 GK reported Web of Science was returning a 502 error and we couldn't access it.

Troubleshooting notes:
7/2/08 Saw same errors as reported and checked the proxy server for any new changes or problems and found none. Called WoS technical support and during the call access returned. It is probable that access problems were on their end. Keep an eye on it and report problems to this blog in a comment or to the library.eresources email and to WoS tech support (1-800-336-4474).
