Troubleshooting notes:
7/31/8 Provider reports "The problem has been traced back to uploading the monthly PsycINFO and PsycARTcontent to a few of our servers. Our developers appear to have resolved the problem on server CSADB105 or server CSAWEB111v, but our developers are keeping an eye on all the servers in case the problem shows up on a different server."
7/30/8 No access problem today, server ca4.csa.com GB
7/29/8 Same problem, server csaweb111v.csa.com reported at 2:30 p. called and not resolved by 4 pm. GB
7/22/8 Neither database is responding/completing a search. CH called CSA and the databases were available again within an hour. GB
