10/10/08 The loading problem is not getting any better. Herbalgram cannot manage IP address authentication. Therefore, we are going to go back to using the password protected page. DP suppressed the single journals checkin record. Needs to create a manual coverage load for Password protected pages. EJ has already untracked from Single Journals and tracked in Password Protected Pages. DP will confirm changes made with Oct coverage load. DP
7/7/08 the "loading" problem is still a problem. I'll contact Sarah again this afternoon. EJ
7/1/08 Spoke to Sarah at Herbalgram. They are having problems with their new content server, which is probably the cause of the "not loading" issue. Once again, she said they could do ip address filtering, so I sent her our ip addresses. She also send us a temp login and password: username:temp1 and password: flaxseed, but they don't work either because of the "loading" problem. EJ
6/30/08 Page not loading. Suspect that the IP address rewrite is not working correctly. May want to switch back to password protected. DP
