Choice

Problem: EM reported to DP title is on May MARC record cancellation list. Cancellation may be only the one year (1994) of the journal on Expanded Academic, so that's ok. However, it look like there's a problem with our Skyline record for our subscription to ChoiceReviewsOnline.http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2076376 The Skyline (OPAC) record doesn't have the link to the database though the record on the adi page does:http://0-ejournals.ebsco.com.skyline.cudenver.edu/direct.asp?JournalID=105642

Summary of solution:
6/6/08 EJ-- in Serials Solutions, the Ebsco EJS record which we have tracked has a slightly different title than the "best" SerSol record (Choice (space)Reviews Online vs. the best record which is ChoiceReviews Online), and this "bad" record has no SSJ record attached (therefore no bib record has been generated). I untracked this record with no SSJ record, and tracked instead, the record which has a direct link to the ALA ChoiceReviews.Online site, via "Single Journals") (done 6/6/08 EJ).

Troubleshooting notes:
6/27/08 Verified access. DP
6/6/08 EJ added the direct link to ALA via the database "Single Journals". We have a .e record for Single Journals already, so this journal will hook up with the .e record. This single journal link also uses the same SSJ # as the record with the Ebsco EJS 856 link that DP added, so this new link should add itself to the existing MARC record: http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2076376
6/4/08 DP changed the 856 to display in http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2076376
until June coverage load and .c record has been created and related to .b record.

6/4/08 EJ the "direct link to ALA" record has this SSJ0041834.
Question for DP:we already have a record with this exact SSJ in Skyline (with no links) http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2076376.
When we do the coverage loads in June, the new "direct link to ALA" will simply attach to the existing record which has the same SSJ #, correct? Yes. I think so. DP
