Architectural review

Problem: LDT reported to DP that she was unable to access full text for the title. All of the database links I try (the first three links, which include Expanded Academic ASAP & Academic OneFile) give an error message. Clicking on link doesn’t take user to the database. http://skyline.cudenver.edu/record=b2043167

Troubleshooting notes:
Problem is intermittent and inconsistant.
7/23/08 STill inconsistent results between on and off campus and within each.
6/16/08 GB tried on campus and the Gale/Cengage links didn't work at first. After a few seconds retried and they worked. Tried from off campus and they worked fine.
6/12/08 GB tried off campus access to full-text articles and they worked fine. On campus access also worked.
6/11/08 DP tried to access title from on campus and access full-text articles.
6/10/08 DP tried to access title from off campus and recevied error message.
