Summary of solution: Access restored by adding journal url to wam forward table.

Troubleshooting notes:
6/30/08 GB suggests remove this title from EJS and make it a single journal title going to the publisher. The only access to current issues is through the publisher, though back issues are available through JStor.
6/27/08 EJ Should this title be part of Single Journals instead of EJS, or just remove???
6/24/08 Added to wam so works with and without EJS.
5/28/8 Examination of the link from EJS to the journal reveals the publisher url is not in the wam forward table. This is one where the only current access is through the publisher, not EJS.
-Place *.mlajournals.org in the wam forward table. Publisher is MLA (Modern Language Assoc.) Full title of the journal is PMLA: Publications of the Modern Language Association of America.
