Problem: 5/6/8 We are experiencing the same problem as another III library that reports: We are not seeing the "green dots" that indicate access rights on MetaPress and SpringerLink. Turns out one does see them if using an unproxied link but they vanish when using a proxied one. Seems unimportant but sometimes it is the only clue as to what issues / volumes we are supposed to have access to.

5/6/8 The other III library reports: Talked with MetaPress and MetaPress said was a known issue with EZProxy. {Which we don't use here at Auraria.} MetaPress is working with EZProxy on a fix and the other III library opened a call with III, as well.
5/6/8 Requested that RB open a call with III on this.
